its the turn signal harnesses that we need right?

how do you attach them? do you just cut off the old one or what?

It's just a set of wires with plugs. Basically, one big plug going out to four different (2 brake lamps, 1 turn sig and reverse lamp) plugs. All you need to do is un-plug the original and plug in the '02 one. It's a direct swap.
