On tough ones I use the starter bump method. You can find several videos online. Just make sure you have everything braced in and tied back so that nothing gets flung out. Keep everyone away when you crank the car. It should just take a short burst and it will come off. Use a 1/2" diameter breaker bar or bigger, do not use a ratchet, it will most likely ruin it. You DON"T want the car to start! You can disconnect the connectors on the coil packs to ensure it doesn't start.
This is dangerous, so take all precautions before you do this, only do this if you are comfortable with the method. Just keep away from the wheel well and breaker bar when doing this.
I once cracked apart a 19mm impact socket using this method. Torque is dangerous!

There are other videos check out a few before doing this.

I have never had one that failed to come off using this method. I did use it my Acura and it worked after a couple of attempts and a big dent in the oil filter. Really had to tie down the breaker bar. I also tried the fence post extension first and then 6 feet of galvanized steel pipe and I only succeeded in bending the 1/2" breaker bar. I now have a really heavy duty 19mm socket just for these bolts.

Maybe I'm just lucky being in AZ. We don't get the rust and corrosion that many other states do.
I now use a 24V 1/2" impact from Lowes, which i've only charged 1x in the last year. Takes those bolts off no problem.
That socket does look nice tho.
