Thumbs up Ground Control is ON!!!

I got it installed yesterday, no more ugly wheel gap!!! I had it lowered appro. 2 inches and it's already scraping on some driveways. I'll probably have to raise it another .5 in later when I get my WW kit! pics to follow when i borrow my friend's digi cam. Also getting Tanabe Hyper Medallion installed next week, will keep you guys posted!

How is the ride with the Ground Controls. And do you know how they compare with the Apexi's? Cuz the price sure looks good.

The ride is stiffer, but not by much. You can definitely feel more bumps. I never rode in a car with apex'i so i can't really compare but i think the apex'i is stiffer than ground control. The handling improved by 100%, now I can take turns at 70 when i only could turn at 50 before lowering!! The road feel is great too!

Cool

I just got ground controls, I figure I could drive until my stock shocks blow then maybe go with shocks or future coilovers like tein and apex. I'll get my exhaust next week from Tim and I'll keep you guys posted!

NSX4DR: They went on without any modifications! Ground Control actually has TL listed in their catalog, but I'm pretty sure they use the same Eibach springs for the accord V6!

So the Tien and the Apexi have shocks that come with the set, and thats why the price difference?

I'm confused as to what comes with what?

Please enlighten me!

Actually now that i think about it, i think apexi would be a better investment, because if you get ground controls with koni shocks, it would cost close to $1000, but with apexi, it only costs $850. But the only thing is that apexi is not ride adjustable. I would wait till tein or apex to come out with ride and height adjustable coilovers and then think about changing it.

Pix, pix, pix!

I'm interested in how your exhaust system is going to look like. Are you going to have two big-o' tips sticking out!? I wanna see pix! When you have two of everything (two mufflers, two canisters... blah blah), is it going to be twice as loud? Just wondering. keep us posted!

I was thinking of getting the Ground Control's too...With the KYB's...I hear that they are very, very nice...Plus the ability to raise the car in the winter and drop it in the summer, is very appealing to me...
