Let me explain a little better to whats going on with my brakes. After i finished installing my slotted rotors an brake pads i notice a loud grinding or poping noise coming from the rear left side wheel. The noise only happen when i completely stop. After messing with it for about another 30 min the noise is still there! but now i can see smoke an there is a burning smell coming from the brake pad. What do you think I am doing wrong?

brake pad on backwards? lol... j/k I thought it was the brake pads and rotors "breaking in", alot of people complain of a grind or a squeal coming from newly installed slotted rotors, but the smoke is a really bad thing...

Anyone else with ideas?
