Grille installation

I just got my new grilles in and was ready to install them, but all they gave me were zip ties! . now i know theres gotta be better ways to install a grille then zip ties, so i wanted to see how other people installed their grilles. Would greatly appreciate some step by step instruction.

They are attached to the grill with zip ties, dont worry they wont come flying off.

I changed silver zip ties with black ones, but you can also use fishing line - will look much cleaner!

when i had mine on i used a very fine uninsulated wire and just put it through the holes and twisted it together behind the stock grill, much cleaner than zip ties

zip ties may look cheap when looking up close at the Grille-Tech, but you can barely see it from a distance

Super Glue the Grille

Sounds cheap and dumb, but the zip ties looked horrible. I had to physically hold the grille on for like 10 min or so with super glue. Make sure you mould the grille to the car so it is bent correctly to fit the contours of the grille. The upper two pieces are a pain. (I got the silver diamond style) Also be careful the glue doesn't drip on the front of your grille. As for the lower piece (The most challenging...) What I did was take metal wire and there is a hole in the lower grille area (one on each side) where you can run metal wire in and around it so it holds the lower grille in place. After wiring both sides, then super glue the top edge of the grille to firmly secure it.

P.S. Don't worry Goo Gone takes off super glue so if you eventually have to take it off for some reason
