Got my baby back! Also a few new MODs, check it out. Pics!

Got my car back finally!!!

In the last 46 days, ive had the car 3 of them....

But now i finally got her back, and damn, did i miss her.

The new tranny is awesome. Shifting is so smooth, faster, and applies power much quicker. Its drives better than when i baught her.

I got the mods done too.

I added Rotora Rotors up front, and got rod of the garbage OEM ones that were once again warped. Axxis Metal Masters too.

I also got '02 tails!!!! woo hoo finally!!! now i gotta get rid of the rotton egg look

Added Sirius Sattelite Radio, which is turning out to me so much better than XM's selections!!

Iridium plugs. got the NGK's off eBay for $30. car starts in a blink, idles great, and runs smoother. maby a touch of a power gain too.

Also, i got a little something special from the boys at Crown Acura. I did some comptuer work for one of the guys and he returned the favor by giving me a red valve cover (or whatever its called). He just had it "laying around". Should look VERY NICE.

I also got another new perf steering wheel, so this one is nice and fresh :-P

Things i need to do still:

Needs Zaino
Headers are on the way
Re-clear headlights (replaced from the accident)
Remake air dam grilles (destroyed by the street sign in the road incident)
Re-mount the K40
clear bulbs for new tails

Also i got a big project in the works and when i get paid form it, im getting the KVT-910DVD form my buddie, so ill have that and the headrest screens, im also going ot get the ice box, the Wings West kit, comptech sways and the neuspeed strut.

Shes starting to finally come togeather!! woohoo!!!

PICS:

Rotors:
i didnt get pics of them before i installed them, but you guys know whta tthey look like. heres what i did get tho:

OEM!!!! AAAARRRRGGGGG :yack: :yack:

I didnt want it touching the paint and it blends in more there with the dark tint. looks a lot better than on the trunk lid or roof.

I like that radio antenna install. I wouldn't want that thing on my roof or trunk either.

Darkshear, you should go down to the local auto parts store and get some hi temp. silver paint for those rusty rotors. Take the rotrs off, buff off the rust, clean it with some acetone , then paint around the area where the rotors don't ride. I painted my aftermarket rotors and it's well worth the trouble .

the rusty rotors are the old OEM rotors. the Rotora's have the e-coating so they wont rust.

I think he was reffering to this picture, there's a ring of rust around the middle.

oh right.... yeah thats gunna be there no matter what... its the one ares of the rotor that cant relly be painted. with all the friction and heat so close there have been issues of paint setting fire so i wont go there eheheheheh

but notice that the venting along the top of the rotor has no rust. thats from the slick-as-sh!t e-coating from Rotora. Very nice rotors.

The valve color looks like it could fit on my Civic's SOHC motor. Is that really for the TL?
