Good Shop for Spring Installation in SF Bay Area?

hey all SF bayarea folks.
Does anyone know of a good place to get springs installed? I do not want some kids doing the installation and screwing up my car, so it has to be a reputable place.
I have had recommendations to go to M Motorsports in San Bruno. Has anyone been? Also I'm probably not going to get Comptech Spring b/c of price. H&R maybe?
Comments would be appreciated...

1999 Nighthawk Black Pearl
Comptech drop-in filter/'02 tail lights/Comptech exhaust

Coming soon Hokuto Turugi 17x7
needs to be lowered soon, maybe H&R Sport Springs?

MASWheelwarehouse was in San Mateo but I think I heard they merged with someone in San Bruno... but the work they did was only okay...
