I am getting a 2001 Nighthawk TL with only 1900 miles on it for $22,300. His asking price is $23000. Got him down a couple hundred bucks. Im pretty sure this is a good deal. What did you guys pay for your TL? Just wanted to know. Im not getting it from a dealer by the way. Saw it in the newspaper. When i asked him about it, he said he just had that posted up that day too. Guess it was meant to be.

 

Thats a helluva deal. I bought my 99 with 18,000 miles for 22,500. You better get it at that price. Did you check and make sure it is a clear title?

 

Yeah the TL has a clean title. This guy had to sell it for some personal reasons. He bought it in February. Car he not been in any accidents. It only has some very small dents on the hood. Dont know how it got there. The TL emblem on the back is slanted and half glued on. I can just take that to the dealer and they can fix that for me right?

 

Not dents on the hood, on the trunk.

 

It's a great deal man. Just 2 mos ago we got our non-nav '01 for $28,000.

DOes the warranty cover dents and emblem logos that need to be readjusted?

 

The warranty wont cover the dents . It will cover possibly the emblems and any mecanical defects with the car... You are getting a steal if you get it that cheap.. Good Luck

I paid 27,300 in Jan. You are getting a good
deal as long as he's being truthful about the condition of the car. I would try to dig a little deeper as to why he getting from under
it. Did he put lots of cash down or had good trade or did he pay cash and now needs the cash. Inquire about dents on the hood too.

 

Sounds like a great deal to me!
