Going To Canda next month, need to know some info.

Im going to Calgary and Vancouver next month, can anyone give me some news about it? im planning on bringing my labtop, is the outlet plug the same as the U.S.? what about telephone line? same too? whats the area code for calgary by the way?

The power outlet plug is same as US (110 volts). Telephone line same as well. Area code for Calgary is 403, area code for Vancouver is 604/778/250. Will you be driving your TL up here or a rental?

Don't forget to put on snow tires...chains may help too...and a big and thick winter coat and snow boots

And, remember...dog sleds and snowmobiles have the right of way

its alright.
just bring some warm cloths coz i have been to calagary during august and its damn cold and vancovuer is ok so don't worry. Have fun!!

so what malls are there in calgary? any big mall? what about cool places to go? tourist places,water parks etc are there good looking girls up there? prefereably asian girls hehehe

many hot girls in vancouver!!
not those nasty import models kind (vietnamese with fake rack, that is)

real asians!! richmond is a must-see place~ :p

I must agree about the vancouver girls. TABs as far as the eye can see.

Eau Claire Market /Chinatown (we have some wikkked restaurents)

vacouver is filled wit hot chics....calgary is...just meh... nothing tooo special but there are definately a large percentage of asian population...

so besides chinook mall, where else is there to go? is there a huge mall that has like an amusement park in there? and a beach? what good restaurants are there in chinatown? no hot girls in calgary? how far is vancouver from calgary?

Dude, for something different in Vancouver you may want to check out Wreck Beach. And for a bit of fun try driving the Sea to Sky Hwy (Hwy 99) to Whistler/Pemberton. This is where they introduced the TL to journalist back in 1998. There you'll really wish you had your TL in those short passing lanes.

Calgary-->Vancouver is 975km or 606 miles. It'll take about 10-11 hours to drive.

Have fun on your trip here.
