hey guys, i found a really good deal on a 04 TL and i wanted to sell my car privately.

given the upgrades on the car that now has a lil less then 74k, the fact that the tires were just changed, the body is in excellent condition, and the timing belt was replaced to you feel 16k is reasonable?

o it also has a navi.

 

16g for 02TL-S Navi? with mod? i think it is alittle too high. u know mod kill the resell, right? I would say around 13-14g or u better off sell those aftermarket parts first then car.

 

Is the 04 at a dealer? See what they will give you for a trade first. In PA, if you trade, you only pay the tax on the difference which could save some money. Is that the case in NY? Also, part it out. You have some quality stuff that is worth some money.

It must be different everywhere. I know a guy whojust bought a 03 TL S fully loaded 70k miles for 17,500 last week

 

i would try sell ur TL S as is, with mods, for the amount ur asking but be negotiable.

if things dont work out, u can recoup some of ur money by parting it out and returning to stock then trade it in as stock.

if u have the time to do it if not see what the dealer will give u for trade in.

lol....ok, i'll wait a few weeks before i start parting out. i wouldnt want to go through the trouble of removing some of the mods although others would be easy. i'll keep u guys posted.

the 04 is with a dealer but they arent offering much for the trade in

 

02 TL-S Navi and just the kit w/ 74K and in good shape is definitely worth 16K.

u can get the spark plugs relatively cheap on ebay, they've only been on for about 7k miles but ure better off getttin a new set.

the headers would be a real pain to switch out but if ure willin to swap them out then i'll consider.
