If you get a new/used gauge cluster, can the dealership reset the miles on there to the actual mileage on my car?

 

no, the odo is attatched to the green PC board and as far as I know they are unable to re-set the mileage, I know because I recently changed the green board and instead of having 256,000kms I now have only 9150kms with a sticker on my door indicating the actual mileage

on a 2001 no it is not possible
however on a 04 and newer we can reset milage with the HDS ( honda diag system ) sorry dude... altho if you change the cluster you are required to place the original milage sticker on the driver side door ( and i dont mean on the outside)
