i bought a used TL type S year 2002 and 70000 miles on it ><><>

1.. what should be the average miles per tank of Gas on it..

2.. Do u save more gas on driving in D4 in city and D5 on highway <> this is what i am told by dealer ............ is it true.

3.. do u save gas driving automatic or manual mode in Type S

2.. when i shift gear from Neutral to Reverse > i hear a loud click on front perhaps transmission <> so what is that loud click

 

1. About 300 with mostly city driving. If it's all highway you should exceed 400+
2. No.
3. Automatic - the computer will always choose the best gear to be in.
2. That's coming from inside your transmission. Don't worry about it.

and i foung it say City 12.4/100 km and Hwy 7.4/100km

so these figures are not correct .......... any comments

 

hey, so i mostly drive city, and i dont punch it after a red light. i only get about 240-260 miles per gallon. what could be the problem?
