Would it be dumb looking if I just had the front lip on while I am saving up for the rest of the kit? Should I save up and buy all at once? I don't know if I could do that though because when I have a lot of money it tends to go faster.

there is a pic floating around these forums of a 2g tl with only the front lip. it does not look bad.

naw dont do it...u will look like a everyday civic without the rest of the kit on...especially on our cars...u can tell it looks outta place wit jus da front...save up for the rest of the kit and call it a day..

no offense meant but on our cars u can tell rite away when we have pieces missin to the kit....

 

just buy the kit piece by piece if you want.. but just wait to put it on until you have it all..

it's like those ricers who put on bumpers without it painted body color.. gross

Dont put just one on. Buy it and let it sit in your basement till you get the rest. It will look funny just that.

Well you could do whatever you like, you could def rock the front lip if you have a dropp, or if your tired of looking at your stock front, throw the front lip on, to brighten up your vision. I rocked my front lip first, then sides, then rear, it was sorta like updates, once everything matches you will be good.

drop before anything for sure.

 

If you can find the front lip by itself, then pick it up, and store it. They're much more rare since people keep scraping em against things so you can start your collection with that.

i honestly think they make the biggest difference.
especially if youre lowered.

imo the TL's stock front end is raised a little or "pointing upward almost if you will..

i think the front lip is the only piece you can rock alone... i've seen it done and pulled off.
the pic above is definately not and ugly sight.. put it on.. if you dont like it... go back to original untill the rest of the kit is obtained..

 

I have only the front lip. I love it. But then again, my car is nicely slammed on some springs and the wheels are tucked. Looks great! I'll post pics soon as I take some day shots!
