For those of you that live in the colder areas, when it's been 2-3 hours since you last drove your car does it make a noise when you turn the steering wheel and accelerate?(turn off the TCS )

The dealer replaced both axles and it still does that noise ,they checked everything and still cant find anything. When i drive for like 15 mins it dosen't make that noise when i turn and accelerate(spin the tires) very ball busting!

The dealer said they checked evrything and found nothing! If it is the vsa/abs why would it be doing it only for only for 10-15mins when it's cold and then go away?
Anyway,I will bring it back and leave it there for a couple of days so they ca n look into it more, atleast that's what they said. The thing is that they tested other TLs and they do the same.
