Front Brake Caliper Installation
Anyone has taken off front stock calipers and install aftermarket ones? I bought from a member a set of 2 piston Legend calipers. Wanted to DIY but need tips on how. Thanks in advance

the same way as changing the brake pads. there is a bracket that holds the whole thing on with 2 bolts. you will need to disconect the brake fluid lines first. then after they have been changed (not sure if they bolt up or not???) then you will need to bleed the brake system

then use a half inch socket wrench (it will give you the most leverage)
also before you do this, do you know how to bleed your brake system?

I borrowed a C Clamp from Autozone, obviously I could not use it yet...

Try lubricating or heating the bolts. Your best bet is to take it a shop that has all the right tools.

I got the bolts off using my torque wrench and a 1/2 drive 14mm 6 pt socket. After putting Legend 2 piston calipers (fit like a glove), torque them back at 54 lbs/ft. Thanks everyone!
