Fram catalog says there is no SureDrain application for the 99-03 Acura TLs. But the SD-2 which is 14mm like the stock drain bolt is the same size. I was at walmart and it was on sale for $10...so I bought it anyways....if it doesn't work then i'll just return it.

I changed my oil yesterday...and the SureDrain does fit...i don't see a problem with it. The only thingwas different is that the stock bolt is about half a centimeter longer.

Does anyone know why it wasn't listed to be used for a TL?

Maybe they never tested it specifically with the TL, and b/c of that they didn't list it.
