Forget the Meet.. Let's Celebrate 6000ks are on!!!

Finally...I just finished putting the 6000ks in... WOW What a difference. I just used a small flat head screwdriver worked perfectly... I'll post the pictures later....Love the 6000ks.......

Yes they are less functional....as in less light output but I don't care, looks good with my yellow fogs.

What do you mean less functional...It looks brighter to me.. I also see the same distance in front of me..If anything I get a wider beam...

It looks brighter to some because of the bluer color but Technically it is less brighter.

I have a question: Whats the diff between D2S and D2R.. I mean wouldnt everyone just pick the D2S as it requires no modification to the light housing? I mean some people have D2R and have modified there housing, is there a advantage of D2R over D2S?

You've got it reversed. D2R is a direct swap while the D2S needs a little modification to make it fit.

IMO, D2S is a little brighter than D2R.:p

its less brighter because the luminescence on the 6000k bulbs is lower than the 4100k bulbs... meaning the 6000k doesnt light up as much as the 4100K stock bulbs (but they sure are bluer)
