Footwell lighting

I'd like to install footwell lights but I'm unsure of which wire to connect the ground to. As I did a search, I found the connector in the passenger side fuse box with the four wires as one being constant 12V. I'd like the lights to dim with the dome light. Does anyone know which wires are used? Also, what type of bulb (watts) should be used? Thanks for any input.

I'm using 12V bulbs. Which wire do I connect the positive and ground to on the fuse box?
