Those will NOT fit your 00 TL. Those are the factory fogs for the 02-03 TLs. 99-01 TLs don't have the same type of cutout for the fogs. (unfortunately )

You can install some but it takes a little custom work. Check out the DIY thread stickied towards the top of the main 2nd Gen TL forum. There's a couple DIY foglight threads in there with lots of pics and info.

the 00-01 bumper cover has fake foglight cutouts
Cut the driver side open for better airflow to engine- with resonator box removal~

Then buy a set of lights that attach under the bumper onto the grillwork- get them at target-kmart-harbor freight or get some good 100$ ones and go for it

your 2 options are basically...
1. accord/civic fogs- i've done this twice, both times the fogs cracked (once because of a rock and once because of the cold).. all in all it left me with a huge hole in my bumper and a problem
2. JDM- my 3rd option i'm folllowing though on.. it isn't cheap and requires some body work to make it work, but iin the end gives you the OEM look and something uniquie

it would require a lot more cutting and a lot more precision, plus i don't think it would even end up aiming them correctly
