What is the advantage of re-wiring the fog lights?? What does it do anyway?? I am completly confused!! & For additional fog lights what brands do you guys suggest or is it better just to replace the bulb in the factory light with like the XENON ones. IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???

 

It makes is so you can run with just your fog lights on when you switch to parking lights. This is how I drive all the time, with just the fogs on, my version of daytime running lights.
