Fog Light Removal Question

Can someone tell me how to remove the fog light assembly so that i can change the bulb? The owners manual tells me to remove a screw that doesnt exist.

it truely is under there. you just have to stick your head under your bumper to find it. Look for a little square hole cut out on the bottom side of the bumper.
