Guys,

I couldn't find this anywhere. I just removed my bumper to replace the driver's headlight housing. I detache the foglight connectors and reconnected them.

When I went to turn on my fogs, the green LED did not light, but the fogs still come on.

Thoughts?

I've got the exact same problem.... prob just a coincidental blown bulb. 2nd gens don't have LED's in the dash unless you buy an aftermarket kit for them.

 

Agree with d4atls, its most likely just a odd coincidence. The switch doent have a LED in it, its a very small bulb. It can be replaced, but i off the top of my head dont remember what bulb # it is.

 

There's a thread on here about replacing them, theyre not expensive but IMO i'd get an LED kit or at least the one bulb from somone like....

Just click on " Car Specific LED Kits" they're pretty darn cheap and i've personally bought from this guy so I can vouch for their quality. 5-7 bucks may be more than the standard bulbs but $7 for one you dont even have to solder sounds good to me. He even has installation guides for the 2 Gen TL if you choose the cheaper $4 one that has to be soldered. I plan on converting my entire interior to blue, already got the doors and dome/map and center console lights done...... My stock NAVI buttons are the only ones i'm worried about....
