It is pretty basic to install the fog bulbs with new ones. Just reach under the car where the fog lights are and there should be plastic pins holding on a underbody protection skirt. Once getting around this plastic, the fog lights should be visible.

Reach in whith your hand, pull off the electrical harness. The bulb should be left now. Take the bulb and turn it to get it out of the locking position. It should come right out.

The directions should be in the manual of the car too.

I just did this to my car yesterday and it took less then 10 minutes.

If it's a TL-S, you don't have even have to remove that plastic cover underneath. On the bottom of the bumper, directly below the inside corner of the foglight housing (i.e. towards the grill, away from the tires), you will feel a hole in the bumper. Use a 10mm socket and extension, and unscrew the bolt that holds the foglight housing in the bumper. After that screw is out, you can pop out the housing by wedging a flathead screwdriver (wrap the tip in a cloth/towel to avoid scratching the bumper) on the inside edge of the housing and also pushing up and out on the housing from underneath (stick your hand in through the opening right below the housing). It should pop right out...but don't be afraid to use a bit of force.

Once it's out, you can access the bulb and harness and just pop in your new bulb. Reverse the steps and you're done. I've done this at least a few times in the past month since I replaced my bulbs and lenses with Lexan.
