Question Floorplan Fee?

I'm working on a lease spreadsheet that has a line item for a "Floorplan Fee" or "Wholesale Cash Reserve" fee that they claim can be found on the delaer invoice, but isn't listed on most car pricing sites. Does anyone know what this is or can someone post a window sticker from a TL-S I could look at?

Thanx!

This usually refers to the dealer holdback.

This fee is pure BS additional profit to the dealer, don't pay it.

If I'm not mistaken, floorplan fee is the interest the dealer pays on the car while it sits on the lot - the longer the car has been there, the higher the floorplan fee.

Sometimes dealers will try to counter that even though they receive holdback, if the car has been sitting on the lot a few months the floorplan fee will negate their holdback.

If I'm not mistaken...

Like I said, I'm pretty sure that floorplan is different from holdback. They're not the same.
