I get some finger prints on my Navi. 01 TL and I thought 01 models had anti finger prints screens. Does anyone have same problem? I guess it's not really a problem but it's just annoying that I hve to clean it every so often.

 

I think if you buy the cleaner for glasses or computer monitors, it should work well with the screen on the navi..try that..

The 00/01 models have screens that are more resistant to fingerprints. They are not fingerprint proof. Trust me, my friend has a 99 TL and his nav is twice as bad with fingerprints than mine.

BTW, careful with the lens cleaner you get from Acura. If you loose it, it's about $38 to replace... Crazy! I bought an eyeglass cleaner from a sport shop for $4.50 and it works better than the stock cloth and I don't care if I lose it.

Thanks. I didn't have the luxury to compare to 99 TL. I guess I'll tell my friends to stop touching it with grease hand

Thats insane, I'm guarding that thing with my life! (hmm, now where did I put that thing)


And definately, the 99's gets far more prints than 00/01 models.
