FINALLY! No more steering wheel shake!
I installed my RacingBrake UP front rotors today and I'm loving them. Finally no crazy steering wheel shake while getting off freeways

The rotors came black and I painted the calipers with high heat caliper paint. I got the rotors for the official vendor Mr.Heeltoe. Its about $240 with free shipping. Check it out here:

No, I don't spend much time in Lakewood anymore, college is getting crazy. Spend more time in Pomona now.

RB drop ships the rotors from NJ for heeltoe
Bedding is a few time event - the RB rotors aren't even broken in till there is a lot of BLUE color to them.
The cool off drive after superheating is crucial to slowly bring temps back down.
There is a lot of stuff that has to be heat cycled a few times to get out -resins in the pads
Make sure you understand the heating - then transfer layer slow downs- the intent and purpose with proper application will increas braking force and pad life
Use of RB's own designed pads- the ET series -are suggested for max braking on their rotors
ET300 for ~wife~ drives the car
ET500 for car spends some time in ~spirited~ mode
They had to design and make their own pad compound as other brand were not lasting very long- while the rotors sustain little wear,
example 3 sets of hps at 15k miles each and rotors still fine
Gen2 TL/CL can upgrade to dual piston front calipers for 75 dollars each!
same price as TL calipers and dramatically enhances the braking with the RB setup
Add SS brake lines and the TL becomes an awesome stopping machine that I will put up against a gen3 with its Brembo 4 piston fronts-- in full stop or repeated use on race track comparison
heeltoes signature in his post have a discount code

you notice any difference in like the brake sensitivity? does it stop alot smoother and like do u have shorter stopping distances? or would you have to replace the pads for that? sorry i'm noob =]

I'm running the RB UP rotors and ET300 pads...I really have yet to do the 80-40 portion of the bed in procedure. Work/family life owns...
Will try to do asap.
I'm not sure, even w/o doing the full bed in, it seems that it does stop a lot better...and the fact I can go through 3-4 sets of pads before the need of resurfacing arises is a plus. And btw, Marcus aka heeltoe or 01tl4tl ...CAN these rotors be resurfaced? If so, do I have to go to a "special" brake shop or something?

Well I have noticed that it stops a lot smoother, but that's probably because my steering wheel isn't shaking like crazy anymore. I'm using EBC greenstuff pad, which I used with my stock rotors. It feels the same but I'm not really sure unless I run some braking tests. From reading other threads, it is recommended that you use Racingbrake pads. I may try the next time around.
