Finally hit the 14's!!!!!

And you won't believe the time...a 14.995! Talk about close...I 've had a goal of hitting the 14's for awhile. Brand new I did a slow 15.62, but thanks to you guys and this board and the H/I/P I was able to reach my goal of the 14's, but granted not by much!

Particulars are:
60" 2.27
1/8 9.66
1000' 12.56
1/4 14.995
MPH 93.16

Temperature 55
Humidity 38%
Altitude 300'

Left in D3 and just nailed the accelerator. Trac. control was off. The Bridgestone RE930's on stock wheels spun only very little. And all this with 175,500 miles on the 3.2 as well. I know it was no 14.5 or anything but I'm pretty happy!

Forgot to mention who was in the other lane...a 2001 Mustang GT auto with K&N did a 15.17! Not a happy camper when we talked later. He probably could have killed me but I think he spun real bad.

You did a good job today Chuck. I had too much wheel spin w/38 psi on Sumitomos. I ran only once(15.3 1/4 mile) and I am not happy with the result. It was nice to see other TL owners at the track.Hope to see you all again

I was there to witness the high miles and the superb time chuck pulled off at the track, good job chuck.
PhatTLS don't forget to call Rick about the spring install, let me know what's up if we can work out a combo deal.
BlueXTC love your ride.
Let's do another meet real soon maybe in a couple of weeks. It was a pleasure meeting all you guys.

Congrats Chuck!

I'm pretty sure with a few more trips that you can lower your time some more.:p

Now put a blower and you would be in low 14s or may be high 13s

Congratulation !!!
