Finally got my car back...

With the 4th transmission and a new ECU. 2 things I have noticed. 1. The transmission/engine sort of slips into gear instead of a positive gear change. Seems alot smother than the 3 transmissions. 2. Engine seems to sound alot different almost more refined. I think the ECU has something to do with the later. The accelerations doesn't seem to be effected. I am still persuing the Lemon Law act here in Maryland due to no more faith in this vehicle.

Kinda hard getting rid of a car when most dealers know about the transmission problems. Seem I can't get the blue book value of the car. I am attempting other avenues of getting rid of it. But until then I am stuck with it. Or selling it in another country.

lemon laws are sooooo nit picky .. that you could have seven trannies .. and so long as the dealership is accomodating you and so long as the trannies aren't causing a seriously deadly situation .. you may not be able to arbitrate to win a lemon law case... it differs in every state, of course... but it's virtually impossible to win a lemon law case.. very few are a won each year .. (in the single digits)

Yeah...I wouldn't use the word "slips" when describing the gear-change. I'd say "effortless" or "smooth"...
It is far quicker to shift in full auto than before and so, so smooth...Nothing but kudos with the new computer module...
