Finally did it
Finally did it
Well after 2 months of being on this board and car shopping, I finally got the 03 TLs for the wifey. We were so close to buying one 2 months ago but we were not 100% sure. I finally found a dealer that would give me edmunds trade in value for our 99 Accord. My first 20 miles drive is that the car doesn't drive like it looks. Can't wait til after the break-in period.
Guess I'll be hanging around this forum a bit more.

Very basic, Satin Silver Metallic without NAV. The dealer had all the colors available and we liked the Silver the best. I orginally wanted the NAV but I have plans of upgrading the stereo systems later on so I may go with the Pioneer aftermarket one. The only add-on we got were the splash guard for $129 and they threw in the trunk tray and wheels lock. I figured any additional stuff I would get would be from through this site. Something else that we had to pay $209 for was the vin # etching on all the glass. It's suppose to be an extra protection that if the car is stolen and not recovered within 30 days, we received $2500. I didn't really want it but it's on the car already and I didn't want to haggle too much longer since I got what I wanted on the trade-in.
BTW, priced paid was $29,887 before tax and tags.

Yeah, that Satin Silver is one nice looking color. Not sure if that etching stuff is worth it... but arguing over it probably costs you more time than just taking it.
I'm sure your wife will enjoy driving her new car! And I'm sure you'll enjoy taking care of it!
