Finally Decided!
Well after trying to decide between the 2002 Maxima SE and a TL-S, I have decided on the TL-S! In the end the following factors won me over:
1. Solid rear axle in Maxima :o
2. Better service and courtesy cars for the life of my TL-S
3. Better handling/ride combo (in my opinion)
4. Better looks
5. and the color I wanted in the Maxima did not come with black leather (Grey Lustre)
Anyway, I bought a Satin Silver 2002 TL S. I was going to get Black but decided that it would not look very nice going through these rough Canadian winters

I do find the design of the TL-S to be MUCH more appealing but will honestly say the Maxima is built with better QUALITY.
Good luck with your car HOPEFULLY you will not have some of the problems many TL-S owners are reporting on this forum.....
