Fighting With Steering Wheel over bumps

Hey guys I got 140k on my TL-S the car has seen its share of really bad roads in the North East. Recently I've been noticing that whenever going over bumps the steering wheel will pull into that direction very hard I have to stress alot on the wheel to get it back straight. It will go left or right depending on the road i'm sure the crown on the road doesnt help but I never remember my car pulling to a certain direction when going over bumps. I've also noticed a steering wheel wobble at exactly 60mph to 65 mph and then it was go away once over 65mph. I've had an alignment done and wheel balancing which really didn't help that much. (steering wheel wobble could be due to bad balancing mechanic looked like he ran out of weights when balancing them)

Im on OEM suspension and everything is the original parts from new, I'm not sure where to start looking I don't know what to start replacing I've taken my car to Acura and there was no play anywhere they couldn't find anything wrong. There are absolutely NO clunking or thumps or any odd noises for that matter when driving. Car drives like a dream but this issue is really starting to bug me! I've done alot of searching but it kinda seems like all issues are being followed by noises when going over bumps which I'm not experiencing.

negative camber? but honestly how hard does steering pull? all my cars have similar characteristics on uneven surfaces.

if a mechanic has inspected all the steering bits- get a 2nd opinion from a private (not big corp name) alignment specialist shop to be sure
Acura should have found something, not sent you away with no diagnosis!!
thats crazy talk !!

otherwise its got to be inside the steering rack or pump
hows that fluid look- ever changed- due at 60kmiles
ck the rack seals on ends- the rubber boots- if fluid coming from there at all = internal rack seal failure = hard to steer
Possible ps hose seals leaking?
How is the ps fluid level- near the upper line when running?

Everything is stock, alignment was done to factory specs it's an annoyance its pulls hard enough to hit the curb really quick if I'm not holding the wheel. At high speeds It seems to stable though.
