Whats the best tint combo you guys have found for a Black TL? Im in cali so i really cant get too dark, and does anyone have the H&R Sport Springs, if so are they good? and do they lower nicely? Im thinking about gettin those for my TL

 

I have 30% tint on my car. Looks great and no hassle from cop
I have H/R sports springs. They ride well and low enough but not too harsh

 

did you do 30% sides and back? also did you replace the stock shocks when u put in the h and r's?

 

I have 15% on mine and makes the car look sexxxy :smokin:

 

I think 30% is about right...too dark and you get hasseled by cops. Don't want that to happen. 30% would look darker on a black car too.

 

let me take pics of my tint and my lowered car and ill email them to you... i took pics of the car and then the gaps between tires and fenders

 

 

Go with the 20% looks really good specially on the black car not to ghetto really dark looks very thuggish.

 

if you go with 35%, legal limit here in Maryland, it will actually register at like 29% or so cuz the windows come pretinted slightly greenish if you look close

 

I believe in CA the tint limit for the front is 40% and the back is unlimited. 35% tint all around is the darkest you can get with less to non hassle from the cop. If you have any other exterior mode, then it might attract cops more. I have 50% front and 20% back just to be on the safe side ant IMO, the car still looks pretty good.
