Farewell Acurazine
WEll it was a good run. I had my car for almost 5 years. On march 8th. I totaled my car. I dont see my self in a TL. Thank guys for al the info. I learned alot in this forum. If there werent so many problems with the TL, I probably get another one but with all the tranny and lack of aftermarket parts makes me go a different direction. Here are some pics

the sad thing was that I was on my way home after getting my canovers installed. I didnt get a chacne to learn how to hit them switches but I guess it was never meant to be for me. Peace guys.

That is a horrible site to see. Man, that TL just looks helpless like its crying out for forgiveness or something. Thats one bad TOTAL! You should take your crank pulley off that shit and sell it for some doe, im sure it still works fine, looks like its still in once piece not bent or am i wrong?? What about selling that CAI for some money not that i want it or is it busted up too?

Thanks ofr all the concern. I am surprised by the lack of injusries I had. I am truely grateful that I am still living, no bruises, broken bones or anything. Just a stained neck that healed in 2 days. It was pretty bad accident. This is how it happened
I was driving home from the shop, we were in the middle lane in a three lane high way. I was following my girlfriend home. She has a hooked up accord and we were crising around 70 no more. Some jackass decide to instigate a race which I didnt fall for. He cut in between me and my girl. Brake check me real hard so I switch to to the slow lane. I decide to pass him up since I know he was trouble. but this idiot swirved all hard into my lane. He got in front of me and brake check me again. So I switch back into the middle lane and tried to pass him up again. i was half way there and he didnt see me and swirved into my lane, in avoiding him hitting me I swirlved into the fast lane and lsot control. I recall I spun 180 so I was facing oncoming traffic, that is where yall see the most damge on the right side. THANK GOD for that and that I had no passenger and the impact took me for another 180 and I spun around facing the right direction again. So this accident wasny my fault. Its just some stupid ass kid tryin to race me, which he will lose that cost my car and almost my life.

oh yeha he got away. My girl was tryin to get his plates down but she was too concenr with me becuase it was a big accident that she just pulled over to see if I was ok. Nah I didnt hit him and he got away. sucks huh....

Well I gotta give ya props. You sound pretty calm for what happened. I would have killed somebody. My rule of thumb is if someone comes in my lane and I cant do anything about it, I'll fuckin ram into them. Fortunately I havn't had to do that yet, but I'd rather make sure I get hit then spin out into the ditch again, which i have already done on my old TL. Damn fools. I'm really sorry about your loss, I know it sucks. Just glad that you're ok!
