Failure in the Electronic Braking Control System??

ok so im new to the whole postings but i've been looking around here for about 6 months now.

Heres a quick intro:
I have a '03 TL-S and just got a rebuilt tranny from acura 2 weeks ago. It took a poop on me at exactly 75k. Luckly i only had to pay 25% of it with the "goodwill warenty" i heard about in the tranny thread. Learned a lot from you guys when i read it. Well anyway to my question..

Last week while installing my HID kit i kept hearing a buzzing sound comming from my car. It almost sounded like there was a phone inside vibrating every 3-6 min. (havent timed it exactly) It was comming from the undercarrage of the left pasenger area. Even when the keys are not in the car it still goes off. I got my car alligned and the tires balances and rotated yesterday and still there is a fast pulsating left and right motion in my car while driving. It's a very subtle vibration you can feel while riding in the car. It's not felt in the steeringwheel, brakes or gas pedal.

WHAT THE HELL IS IT! someone told me it was by calipers pulsating on and off becasue the EBS is damaged. Any ideas on what it is and how i can fix it? Or maybe take the fuse out that powers it to completely disable it. Help on this would be appriciated greatly, thanks ahead!

now I have heard everything- was this a real mechanic or some jerkoff buddy who thinks they know about cars?

if everything balanced good- I would inspect the CV axles for looseness
That will make a shake- especially if they were not installed correctly with the trans job- they were removed at that time, so I would head straight for the trans shop and take them for a test drive

No new brakes? or how are the brakes- really warped rotors will cause a problem but if it started after the trans- thats most likely suspect

it ABS not Electronic bs- the brakes are still hydraulic but with ABS that will pulse the brake caliper if wheel speed sensor says a wheel is going much faster than another

read owner manual for details

yeah more or less a friend who likes to seem like he knows everything. brakes are not new though. i have the dimpled and slotted rotors with semi metalic pads. im sure the rotors are fine 1. because there is no vibration in the front end while driving or braking and 2. they come with a life time warranty against warping and i got them probably 8 months ago, so their fairly brand new. yeah when he said EBC it didnt sound right and thought he meant ABS but i went along with it.

One thing i did do yesterday was check if it made the sound while the car was on. So when i got the idea half way home from work i pulled off on the side of the road in a parking lot and layed on the ground waiting for the sound. Interestingly it didnt make the sound but there is a ractangular box right in the area where i was hearing the sound and it just made a tac-tac-tac-tac sound fairly quick. Consistently the whole time the car was on. It looked as if the hydrolic lines are connected to it but couldnt make it out well enough to say.

Yet when i got home and let the car chill for an hour and then turned it back on to see if it still made the "tac-tac" noise it wasnt there. I needed to go to the store so when i got there about 5 min later i checked for that sound again and it was back and remained doing the sound. Any ideas?
