I think you would lose some of the stiffness of the rear bar since the factory rubber bushings would have a bit more "give" than the polyurethane (??) competech bushings...

The rear Comptech bar is a larger diameter than the stock bar, that's why they supply a new bushing. The front bar on the other hand is the same diameter as stock, and uses the stock bushing, but the tubing wall is thicker which creates the added stiffness.

    Stock 3.2TL (and CL-s)
27mm tubular front (TL and CL-s)
    18mm solid rear (TL)
    19mm solid rear (CL-s)

    Comptech
27mm tubular front (with thicker walls than stock)
    22 mm solid rear

The Comptech front bars are 68% stiffer than stock TL bars while the rear bars are 131% stiffer than the stock TL bars.

mr tl, Energy Suspension only has polyurethane bushings. Why do you want to switch to rubber, because of the squeaking? You should be able to get the greaseable bushings from most autoparts stores and that should take care of the squeak, they come in a variety of sizes.
