i want to know how much would it cost to the fabrication of our headlights to the 04 model and what do we need to do this or has someone ever done this before and can i get pic

A lot. The 04 headlights are very different and you would need to cover a big opening left by your old lights as the 04s are very slim.
You may want to get someone to photoshop it first, to see if it looks decent before you even look for bodyshops to do the work.
