Well, it's quite simple. I remember someone on the board making his own custom ones for his 00 TL.

He used a piece of vinyl flooring. and measured it and cut it to shape. You can search for it. There are pictures.

Anyway, you can basically do the same thing on the '02-'03, first design it the way you want it. And cut it out youself. Or you can do the ghetto way and use sticker.

 

the japanese company value sports makes eyelids (or lightbrows) for the 99-01 models.

 

honestly, i think they look ugly. doesnt really match the lines of the car. what exaclty is the purpose of these things anyway?
