no they do not or at least they dont seem to make a difference to me because i have them and the beam is pointing towards the floor so the eyelids dont go down that low to block the beam in any way

The Value sport eyelids actually do block a tiny bit of light from the top. Trust me on this, I even got a ticket from the POS cops because of my eyelids. I guess Toronto cops just have too much time on hand.

i actually liked the eyelids that Da_Illest had on his car.. saw it at the acura meet and i thought it looked hot. and it didnt look like it was ccovering much of the beam part at all
