With all the transmission problems popping up, is anyone who did not purchase the extended warranty now considering buying one? I think you can get a Honda extended warranty for about $1K. It extends the warranty to 7 years/100,000 miles with zero deductible. If you have to replace the tranny during years 4 - 7, the warranty will pay for itself.

What do you guys think? I plan on keeping my car.
