Experience ordering from autocarparts.com??

Hey...

Found something I'd like to order from:

http://www.autocarparts.com

Just wondering if many people have ordered anything from 'em and what your experience has been. I'm a tad concerned since they only supply email addys as a way of contacting them and not a phone number. They do list a 1-800 number, but it says that it is only so they can provide you with the appropriate email address for your concern - not for ordering or dealing with any issues.

I need to know for sure that it's all legit and that no one's had any bad experiences with 'em.

This is what I'd like to order since I find it hard to keep the driver's mat clean in my parchment interior:

Anyone know of any other place that sells anything similar?

I ordered my icebox from them. No probs. Pretty quick. I'm in NY, can't comment on shipping to your location.
I went with the weather techs for my matts and trunk.

Thanks so much for your info so far! I've heard horror stories about people ordering stuff online, so I get a little suspicious when they don't provide you with a phone number to speak to a real person.

I just thought I'd get the clear mats to put overtop the carpet mats in the summer since the driver's mat tends to get pretty dirty with my shoes. I do use a rubber mat in the winter, but I might check out custom TL rubber mats just so they fit properly and protect better. Do they keep your pedal foot from slipping around a lot once you track in lots of water/snow?

Thanks again!

Do the Weathertech mats you ordered for your TL from there fit perfectly? I just read that they are not custom-cut mats, but do have a better chance at fitting.

Yo DO know that A-TL.com is owned by Tim, who owns Autocarparts.com, right?

He also owns Acura-TSX, and Acura-CL.com.

His store is pretty good, never had any problems with it.

Uh... No - I didn't! But now I do! Thanks for that! I suppose it's safe to assume that they wouldn't screw me over then! Hehehe...

Well, actually no... this site is not OWNED by Tim or AutoCarParts.com

But... It was once upon a time.

ACP is our official sponsor tho... AND all parts from `our` store actually come from ACP.

He's a pretty reliable guy... you wont find any horror stories there...

On a personal note... I've bought ton's of stuff from Tim... it always ships promptly and to satisfaction

I bought my oem kit there, and the service was great! I had one small problem though, my front lip was a little kinked due to the package handling by U.P.S. After contacting autocarparts.com online, they sent me another one ASAP and even paid for return postage on the damaged piece. With that being said, go for it!!

Awesome, guys! Thanks so much for all of the feedback - it's definitely calmed my nerves! So ACP is owned by Tim? How can I get in touch with him about my order?

Thanks again!

They do not fit perfectly, but pretty damn close. For instance, there is a little gap where the gas tank release is and the mat. The mats in the back are a little bigger than stock. What's really nice about the mats is that they contain all the salts, water and crap during the winter months.
