I got my magnaflow installed at a ghetto muffler shop, but they did a pretty good job. I live in Fullerton, but I think the shop is in Buena Park. They're called Fantasy Mufflers (it's ghetto as hell!). I don't know if they're cheap, but they did a good job with mine. From my understanding, they've been there for over 20 years (and I don't think they've once renovated the place). Also, I was kind of hesitant to let them work on my car, because I don't think they do much work on imports (it was their first time working on a TL).
All in all, I'm satisfied with the job they did. I don't think they're the cheapest, but I'd recommend the place.
