I say if one wants to be ghetto, BE THE GHETTO KING!!! So, if you want spinners, go all out and don't half-@$$ it.
Not only should you just throw on that tite swirly thang on your pipe, you should also one-up the competition with whistlers. Take it from Bubb Rubb and Lil' Sis: http://www.ebaumsworld.com/bubbrubb.html. Plus, you can't have too many spinners. Nowadays, rims are played out. You have to get the plastic hubcap twisters.
