i did this exact swap a few months back and its really easy.
you dont even have to follow amgala's posted diy.
just look under the front and rear bumpers and look for all the clips and bolts that keep them on and just remove them. both front/rear lips will easily fall off and youre set.
for the sides; its a much bigger pain. you'll have to look under and find all the clips then remove those and try not breaking too many. then grab a 2x4 or something and use the front tire as leverage to push the side skirt back and after it goes back it should fall right off.
youll have to do the same on your factory sides. then put them on the best you can afterwards until you have time to put everything on properly.

Here's a tip on removing the side skirts. Get the rear of the car up on jack stands. Take off the rear wheels. Using a rubber mallet and a towel to protect the side skirt, hammer gently on the back end of the side skirt (hit it as though you want the front end of the side skirt to touch the front tire) until it breaks loose enough for you to take it off by hand.

You will need a drill to make holes to screw in the front skirt. Other than that ... it's fairly straightforward. I will warn you -- to put the clips for the rear skirt is a pain in the @ss...

I have some info, hopefully it would help, for the stock sides, you have a few screws you need to remove, start with your mudguards if you have any, then a few under the car, next you pull the side lip alittle, then pull it towards the front direction of your car...it could also be towards the back direction im not sure, but its one way or the other, then make sure you take out all the clips, and re-insert it on the "new sides", then match it up and bang the NEW OEMlip until all the clips go in. For the front I had a drill quite a few holes, i have like 20screws holding on that bitch, for my rear its wingswest, I rbitted that bitch on......not so sure about the OEM rear.
