Everythings better with Cheddar!!
Hey all, newby here. After about 6 years of Taurus SHO ownership I just picked up a 2001 TL white diamond pearl (?) about two weeks ago w/121k on it. It runs like a dream!!! It is alittle sluggish w/AC on. So I figure I will run Seafoam and new plugs to see how that chages things. Next step, very shortly, is the timing belt and pump. PO, did not do this. Tranny was redone about 20k ago.
I do have a couple nit picky question though. Was there ever a cover or baffle under the sub and speaker tray? I seem to remember my Catera having that with the Bose system.
Do the map lights above the mirror come on when the door is opened? Right now just the light behind the moonroof and the door panels come on.
And anybody in the Oconomowoc (Milwaukee) area of WI?

The mirror lights only come on when the headlights/parking lights are on.
