Hey guys, whats a normal level for engine temperature, please state day driven temps only, mine sits at about half, and today i saw the hazard triangle thing on the gauge turn yellow, my first thought was heat.

The Owner's Manual, page 58, indicates that the middle of the gauge is normal. I have no idea what you're referring to by 'the hazard triangle thing on the gauge'. On my '99, there isn't any such thing.

I'm guessing you have a Type-S, and are referring to the VSA operation indicator lamp.

The triangle with the exclamation point blinks when the car has lost traction or is travelling in an unintended path. It's on solid when you turn it off. It's not related to engine temperature.

By the way, mine sits about a needle or two below the halfway point.

Depends what you mean by engine mods. I dont' see where the mods most people on this board do (I/H/E) would affect the engine temp.

Yep my engine is a couple marks below half. Although I ALWAYS watch it because of my head gasket that blew last year. I'm so afraid I'm going to see it start climbing up there again one day.
