Question Engine Stuttering When Braking

When I come to a stop from 20-50 mph, my TL starts to stutter for a second like its going to shut off then the rpms return top normal. any ideas what is going on? Spark Plugs? TIA

BTW, I did a search on this but the info was incomplete.

Mostly likely an idle-stablizer or vaccum leak.

Actually 1st timer, now that you mention it, no its seems to not want to turn over. I have a brand new battery (2 weeks old) so I'm pretty sure thats not it.

102000 highway miles.

I suspected spark plugs but wasn't sure. BTW, are the plugs hard to replace?

Do you have a rough idle? If so,it's the IACV.
