i'm in atlanta and use either 5w-20 or 5w-30 - whichever I notice first at autozone or wherever i go for the oil and filter. i use the K&N filter.

you guys running the extended Mobil1 filter - are you running longer change intervals or looking for "extra" protection?

I've been running Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic 5-20w and the M-104 EP filter since I bought my TL-S and change both every 7k-7.5k miles. In the past, I've changed dino oil and filter every 3k on my past vehicles.
