Talking ENGINE BREAK IN

I felt that my 2001 TL seemed to hold backor feel tight for the first fee thousand miles. But now it feels and is faster. Does this car really require a break in? I only drove US cars in the past and did not notice this. Also, all the rattles and noises posted on this sight seem minor compared to a Chrysler I can not see the problems.

Thumbs up

Any car requires a break in for at least 500 miles after you buy it. Plus you are not gonna feel the cars full performance until you break it in for a couple thousand. Just to let you know

car rattled developed after 2500 miles. seat squeaking developed just now (3000). Door dinger developed also with minor scratching. Hope no big ass dents develop later. If so, they should issue a recall for such a problem.
