I noticed that as well. Put your foot on the brake with your left foot, shut off the VSA and put your right foot on the gas, bring up the rev's a bit and PREDICT when you can go, you seem to lose a full second just by sitting there and then going.

 

yeah but it shouldent matter when he lets off the brake, time starts when he crosses the line... right?

It was my first time racing so I had no idea how to even stage. My car is currently Bone stock. I took the car there to get an idea of what it runs and how it runs.Mods are on the way for my next visit.

 

What mods do you plan on getting?

 

in the near future i should be getting obx headers aem cai and comptech exhaust.

 

Good choices except for the OBX Headers... But to each his own...

 

Look at the bright side: at least you have nowhere to go but up (or down, however you wanna look at it)! And you can certainly show the difference in mods pre/post install via the track...

 

That was nice, now you have a base line to go with. You NEED to work on your responce time big time. The first run was terrible, but like you said it was your first time, good videos thanks for sharing.

 

Where are you located? In that last vid, are you trapping at 90mph? Nice runs and good video!
