Yep. Completely normal, especially at idle. Usually power windows are on their own 20 AMP circuit because the motors draw some serious amps to move the windows. If the window is all the way up and you try and make it go up more, you put the motor under maximum load because it will push until its threshold of resistance is met. An instantaneous approx 20AMP draw on your car's electrical system is big. So the voltage drops when the window motor places the big demand on the battery/alternator. The battery and alternator will recover quickly and provide the output needed. That's why the dimming is only for a moment. Try doing this with all four window switches at once and you'll see an even bigger dim. Try it with the car off (but ignition in the on position) and it will be even more pronounced. At speed, the alternator/battery are generating maximum output so the dip is barely noticeable, if at all. Good test to tell if your battery is starting to go. The worse it is the longer it takes to recover from the "dim."

Yep, like others said... It's normal... It will also happen when your AC compressor kicks in during the summer... if you look closely enough...

Try not to do that too much. Its not good for the electric motor.
